I got this through e-mail, and thought it was worth sharing. (But guys don't feel bad, I don't think it's true.  For I myself think my brain would cost quite a lot were it priced for the amount of usage in it.)

In the hospital the relatives gathered in the waiting room,
where their family member lay gravely ill.

Finally, the doctor came in looking tired and somber.

"I'm afraid I'm the bearer of bad news," he said as he surveyed
    the worried faces.

"The only hope left for your loved one at this time is a brain transplant.

It's an experimental procedure, very risky but it is the only hope.

Insurance will cover the procedure, but you will have to pay for
    the brain yourselves.."

The family members sat silent as they absorbed the news. After a
great length of time, someone asked, "Well, how much does a brain
    cost?"

The doctor quickly responded, "$5,000 for a male brain, and $200
    for a female brain.

The moment turned awkward. Men in the room tried not to smile,
avoiding eye contact with the women, but some actually smirked.

A man unable to control his curiosity, blurted out the question
    everyone wanted to ask,

"Why is the male brain so much more?"

The doctor smiled at the childish innocence and explained to the
entire group, "It's just standard pricing procedure. We have to mark
down the price of the female brains, because they've actually been
    used."

  • After two years not having been to Mexico our family went this year to visit for Christmas. We were gone for two weeks, it was a long trip but a lot of fun.

While there Violet and me spent a day with my cousin, Robert. He was running errands in town so we tagged along.

While in town we saw this sign. Nice idea don't you think.

  • Youth Trip

Our youth group went to Ohio for our mission trip. We went to help a lady with building on a part to her house. The girls painted the whole old part. It was quite a lot of painting, but we got pretty much every thing painted except like one or two room. Here are some of the the many pictures that were taken.

Allan thought it was time for another shower since his last one had already been couple minutes ago.

One night we went mini-golfing. It was the hardest mini-golf course I have ever played, but it was fun.IMG_0735 IMG_0751

Comfy seat? Or should we help you out?

Then  Friday we went to "Kings Island". That was so much fun.
